It is important that you realise that Made to Measure Panties are bespoke items made especially for you.

In the rare event (and it is very rare) that they do not fit because you have sent us the wrong measurements or if you decide you do not like them, you will not be entitled to get your money back.

This is particularly important if you are ordering several pairs of Panties.

We will however look to see if we can help you out as we would not wish to lose your continuing custom.

If we suspect you may have made an error (e.g. Hip 62" Thigh 18" or we realise that you have also ordered a size Small and you give us a Hip size of 48") we will contact you before proceeding.

So Please Measure Yourself Carefully!

The most important measurements are Hip and Thigh. If you give us incorrect measurements you may not be to get into your Panties.

Your Hip Measurement determines how big we need to make the Waistband. So Measure yourself at the widest point that will be covered by the Panty.

To Measure your Depth, hold one end of a tape measure in the centre of your back where the Panty Waistband should fit, pass the rest of the tape measure between your legs to where the Panty Waistband should fit at the front. This Measurement is your Depth.

For your Thigh Measurement;.Measure around the top of your Thigh.

Most people are happy with our normal Thigh Fit, If you think you may be overly sensitive to having your thigh restricted select a looser fit. Looser fits are more likely to leak!

If think you really want a tighter fit you can select one but you may only just be able to get into your panties and they may be very uncomfortable but perhaps you would like that.

We will combine the measurements you give here with the style of the Panties you have ordered. It is the style of the panties that determine the basic shape, crotch width etc.

At the end of the form you will be asked to confirm that the size you have selected for the Panties you have ordered as Made to Measure is big enough for us to be able to make you a pattern. We have to ask this as the biggest sizes cost more than the smallest. If you have only paid for a size large and the measuresments are for a bigger Garment we will not be able to fulfil your order. Also some Panties are not availalbe in the largest sizes due to technical limitiations.

All you need to do is add 2" (or 4" if you have selected "Allow Extra) to both your Hip and Depth measurements and check that these values are no bigger than the Maximum Hip and Depth measurements for the size you have selected in the size chart for each Panty you have ordered. You will find the correct size chart below the order button for each Made to Measure Panty you have ordered. You need to check that the size you require is available for each and every Made to Measure Panty you order and that you have selected the correct size.

If you have not ordered all your Made to Measure Panties yet, you can complete this form now, But you must make sure that you select a big enough size when you select further Made to Measure Panties.

Finally, PLEASE make sure you give us a valid email address that you check regularly and preferably a telephone number on which we can contact you. You can do this after you enter your name and address in the checkout process. If we suspect that you have made a mistake we will try to contact you. We never knowingly make something we think is wrong, so if we cannot contact you promptly, your order will be delayed.
